Our GLP1R/GIPR fluorescent dual agonist shows high affinity for both GLP1 and GIP receptors modulating the receptor by orthosteric agonism.

The efficacy and potency of daLUXendin660+ (CELT-119) as a GLP1R/GIPR dual ligand was confirmed by stimulated cAMP levels in h/mGIPR and h/mGLP1R transfected HEK293 cells.

daLUXendin660+ (CELT-119) has been used in a variety of imaging applications, including widefield/confocal/2-photon microscopy in live and fixed mammalian cells and tissue.
