CRBN and VHL E3 ligases both belong to the Cullin-RING ligase family, meaning they are composed of multiple proteins. In both cases, CRBN and VHL act as substrate receptors that recognize the target and bind to their respective adaptor proteins, DDB1 and ELOB/C.
 
Our kits include DDB1–CRBN and ELOB/C–VHL constructs, which simulate physiological binding conditions.
The included fluorescent tracers have very high affinity, in the low nanomolar range, and enable fast implementation through fluorescence polarization, a technique that requires fewer assay steps.
