Celtarys Research has signed a strategic research cooperation agreement with the European platform EU-OPENSCREEN

We are glad to announce that Celtarys Research has reached a strategic research cooperation agreement with the European platform EU-OPENSCREEN (https://www.eu-openscreen.eu ), a not-for-profit European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) for chemical biology and early drug discovery, supporting all stages of a chemical tool development including assay adaptation, high-throughput screening, and chemical optimisation of the ‘hit’ compounds.  

EU-OPENSCREEN has about 30 affiliated high-throughput screening and chemistry facilities at partner sites in ten European countries. These partner facilities provide researchers with access to cutting-edge technologies to develop their own tool compounds. 

EU-OPENSCREEN collaborates also with European companies working in the drug discovery field and which can provide value to its nodes and the scientific community at large. It is in this framework that the strategic research cooperation agreement with Celtarys Research emerges. 

Thanks to this collaboration, EU-OPENSCREEN nodes will have special access to Celtarys technology and products and both parties will promote potential co-developments of new tools to foster drug discovery.
